I'm back in a part of Spain where the tapas are free again and this one is the best so far, pieces of chicken frying on a hot stone, I don't know how they make it pay. I've been persuaded to visit the Alhambra after all and as I'm now here for a week because of strong winds I have plenty of time to do it.
Shrimps are feeding off the bottom of Nomad again, it's snap, crackle and Pop. But, I have been down with a brush and given it all a good clean, so what exactly are they feeding off? Is my antifoul edible?
