Wednesday 26th of June. Still in Lisbon, back in the marina.

I should have been in A Coruna by now but I'm still in Lisbon and getting the bus to Santiago de Compostela tomorrow. No sign of any change in the wind, I've booked into the marina here at Parc de Naçoes for a week.

      Hi Jules, sorry for the late reply. Because Nomad has been going nowhere I haven't been paying this blog much attention. Hopefully that will change soon. Margaux has finished school and is now in France with her grandparents and that is where I am to get to, the bassin d'arcachon where they live.

At last I am off the anchor and in Seville proper. I should have read the book more carefully, this is not Holland, they only open the bridge to get in and out once every other day. And the book said that they always have space here but from what I can see I was lucky to get a booking, I can't see any other free spaces and I am wedged between two gin palaces, moored for and aft, Mediterranean style. First thing tomorrow,  shower, get mosquito nets then meet Margaux at the airport.
