The Union Jack steps leading up to the rock in Gibraltar, not a good photo despite Steve's modelling. There's much more of it, I didn't even get the Union Jack.
Fuengirola marina, a view from the boat. Nice today but rain forecast for the next few days.
Oh dear! It looks like his anchor dragged. But how did the mast break?

Friday 14th November. Cascais marina.

Forced into the marina in the early hours by the weather I have booked in here until Sunday. I really wanted to avoid this place because of scary stories about the prices they charge (the king has/had his boat here). But €25 a night is not too bad and they didn't charge me for last night/this morning, some would. I'm not sure that I would have been able to get further upriver against the wind anyway. It looks like I'm going to be here until Wednesday.
