    It seems that they don't do menu del dia on a Saturday.

    I assume that's 2 Euros a pint - very nice ! Another excuse to have 2 or 3 cold ones (Steve)

Friday 14th November. Cascais marina.

Forced into the marina in the early hours by the weather I have booked in here until Sunday. I really wanted to avoid this place because of scary stories about the prices they charge (the king has/had his boat here). But €25 a night is not too bad and they didn't charge me for last night/this morning, some would. I'm not sure that I would have been able to get further upriver against the wind anyway. It looks like I'm going to be here until Wednesday.
