Aguadulce. Seems nice. Booked in for 3 nights.
Wind operated self steering windvane, something I picked up in Motril. 500 euros used, they're normally a few thousand new. I don't really need it because they are for crossing oceans but I've always been curious and I'm fed up with buying electronic ones at £600 each that are always needing repair at a couple of hundred pounds each time. I just have to figure out how to install and operate it without a manual and also if I've been sold a pup.

    Intriguing name for this port, Brendan. (Fresh water) I wonder what the origin was?

      Well it looks like another town created for the tourist industry so it's probably a name that the marketing department came up with. They must have had a sense of humour.

At last I am off the anchor and in Seville proper. I should have read the book more carefully, this is not Holland, they only open the bridge to get in and out once every other day. And the book said that they always have space here but from what I can see I was lucky to get a booking, I can't see any other free spaces and I am wedged between two gin palaces, moored for and aft, Mediterranean style. First thing tomorrow,  shower, get mosquito nets then meet Margaux at the airport.
